This exercise involves many emergency departments in Bellingham and is a great way to participae and learn first hand the overall rescue process. September Tip: Remember, in any emergency or disaster, communication between family members is important and sometimes difficult. Experts suggest having an out-of-state relative or friend as a central point for all family members to connect with and leave messages. This will enable members to contact someone who is not affected by the emergency. Stay connected to stay safe.
